Full-stack products — from a PM framework to an isometric agent dashboard to an offline-first life system. Every project runs on its own tech stack, designed and shipped by hand.
Five phases, each one a living system.
The project management framework I designed myself and built into a full-stack app. Every phase — from Discovery to Delivery — has its own visualization, gate criteria, and tracking logic. Not a template; a framework I actively use at AGENCY.
Agents walk, work, and respond to real events.
A real-time isometric world in Phaser 3. External events — a task in Asana, a new Notion note, a Claude session finishing — spawn themed AI agents who walk to their quarter and execute the task visually. An experiment in making invisible automation tangible.
Offline-first life system with a context-aware AI coach.
A personal operating system. Vision, quests, daily rituals, finances, and coaching — all in one app that works without internet. The AI coach doesn't write generic motivation; it reads your North Star, active quests, latest journal entries, open todos, active mantras, and recent morning check-ins first — and then coaches against that actual state.
Dark-theme onboarding with GSAP — no framework, no build.
An onboarding experience for a new team member. Custom GSAP character animations follow the cursor. A live RSS feed pulls the latest content. Everything in vanilla HTML/CSS/JS — no framework, no build tool, no npm. Deployed as static files. Loads in under a second.
